How it works:
Inside the HRC, a fine cylindrical metallic matrix acts as a cathode. The system’s high liquid velocity creates strong turbulence, ensuring constant exposure of the cathode surface to fresh metal ions. This guarantees fast plate-out at high efficiency, even at low metal concentrations. Each cathode can hold a substantial amount of deposited metal without maintenance or risk of short circuiting. Once fully loaded, it can easily be removed, weighed, and sent directly for refining.
